Ceigall India Limited rises 2.97% as it secures Rs 704.70 crore EPC road construction contract

Ceigall India Ltd. is up 2.97% to Rs 323.7 today, building on recent momentum and rising 2.45% over the last one week. Ceigall India Limited, jointly with Sushee Infra & Mining Limited (holding a 74% and 26% share in the joint venture respectively), has received Letters of Acceptance (LOA) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) for a construction contract valued at Rs 704.70 Crore (excluding GST). The contract, awarded domestically, involves the Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) of a road from km 85.60 to km 168.00 of the Lada-Sarli section of NH-913 in Arunachal Pradesh, with a 48-month construction period and a 5-year maintenance period, as announced on August 24, 2026. Ceigall India Ltd. shares saw a trading volume of 4.84 lakh today, a surge of 188.67% compared to the average volume of the last one week. Ceigall India Ltd. surged by 28.24% year-over-year, outperforming the NIFTY50 index's 3.32% loss.
